Oxfam: Programme Development Manager - Gaza

We are looking for a Programme Development Manager to lead and coordinate on the funding for the Gaza humanitarian and development programme. The jobholder is expected to raise and manage funds for Oxfam's programmes by contributing to the development and implementation of sound fundraising strategies, in collaboration with other Oxfam funding staff, ensuring quality and consistency in relationships with institutional donors and support programme teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. This role will play a senior role in programme development and should demonstrate significant experience in complex project management in multi- stakeholder processes.
